“Reef Saudi Arabia” announced a qualitative leap in the oil production sector, represented by the successful introduction of “hydraulic pressing” technology for sesame oil, which proved to be very effective in increasing production quantities and raising its quality. Majed Al-Buraikan, the official spokesperson for the “ Saudi Countryside” program, explained that the field tests to evaluate the modern technology showed outstanding results, as it succeeded in increasing the quantities of extracted oils by up to 25%, compared to traditional wooden presses.
