According to Yeosu City on the 30th, this project was promoted as part of the 'Pilot Project for Establishing a High-Quality New Sesame Variety Early Expansion Complex', and along with the establishment of a new sesame variety complex, a sesame oil and roasted sesame package product was developed and is scheduled to be launched under the 'Yeosu Garden Sesame' brand. In particular, the product developed this time is a processed product developed through collaboration between young farmers and local farmers, and was selected as an excellent example at the 2025 Rural Development Administration-hosted Agricultural Technology Dissemination Project Comprehensive Evaluation Meeting.In addition, starting next year, full-scale sales will begin through various distribution channels, including school meal centers, local agricultural cooperatives' local food direct sales stores, and online platforms.
